Three ways to break out of the feeling that you’re reliving the same moment over and over:

1. Tune in. If you’re doing repetitive work, listen to a podcast or a webinar.

2. Partner up. Is there someone else in your department with whom you could pair up for sharing tips?

3. Try mentoring, formally or informally. A mentor can be anyone who is more skilled than you in a specific area. Tip: Tap into Twitter. Find someone who talks about a topic you’re interested in and send her a direct message.
