Question: “I assist a director who supervises several managers as well as me. We have a very good relationship. Recently, however, he asked me to delegate administration and data system tasks and only follow up to ensure everything is done properly. He wants me to be available more when needed and to tidy up the office. I would like to find out why he is changing my duties, but I don’t know how to ask. He does not like people to ask. I have heard rumors as to why he's doing this to me, but I would like to ask him directly.” — Unhappy admin
