Business etiquette: What's the correct address form?

This would have to be two lines: The Honorable Bob Judge
Barbara Judge, M.D.

What about in the case where the wife only is a doctor and the husband is a judge? I struggle with how best to address them by letter.

Claudia, I work in a research facility where several doctors are married to other doctors. I like your response the best of all examples shown.

If this is for a letter, it would be:
Dr. … (wife’s full name)
Dr. … (husband’s full name)
Address

Dear Drs. … (husband’s surname):

A doctor I use is married to a doctor. I would introduce them as, for example, Doctors John and Jane Doe.

Depending on the formality of the situation, either of the following are appropriate for correspondence: Dear Drs. Smith, or Dear Drs. Sam and Suzie. Works the same way when talking with/about them.

I understood that you put, for example, Drs. **** & Jane Jones.
