My company uses Novell Groupwise for email and Groupwise Messenger for instant messaging. Novell Groupwise has a great User’s Guide under the Help tab. I don’t recommend printing it because it is 200+ pages. Groupwise Messenger has a “How Do I” section that can be helpful. (You can find it by clicking on the Help tab, then Help, then Contents.)
