Any templates for creating work-order forms?

If you need a work-order form template, you should check out this site. I use several of their templates and services.

Hi,

http://www.ezcontactform.com will allow you to create the form and automatically have it sent out by the user. It will also download the completed forms forms into an excel file. Pretty cool.

Microsoft Templates have just about everything from flyers, memos, newsletters, accpunting, etc. Just go to microsoft.com and click templates

Have you tried Microsoft Gallery online? They have various templates available.
