If using Outlook, you can also set up a rule so that copies of all outgoing messages (or messages that meet specified criteria) are always sent to a certain email address. The best solution probably depends on the intent. For example, if the bcc’d recipient just needs access to messages sent, it may be more efficient to grant the recipient access to the sender’s mailbox. –P.
Absolutely. If you are using MS Outlook create a new form and save that separately from your standard email form. That way, when you want to use it, the form is available, but it is not on every email. Of course, if you want it on every email, then you simply use the newly created form instead.
