Question: Is anybody out there  involved in a job share? How did you make it happen, and how well is it working?

We offer a job share where two employees each work a total of 20 hours a week. As long as they both have a total of 20 hours a week (no more, no less) they can arrange any type of work schedule convenient to them. They are responsible for making sure the work area has coverage at all times. Has worked very well as we just started a few months ago. Most employees work 4 hours a day Mon - Friday. Either first half or second half of the shift.
