"Enchant" customers by using Facebook to post pictures of products, employees, customers and more, advises social media expert Guy Kawasaki. A few tips:
1. Photos are more compelling Facebook fodder than links.
2. Respond to all comments that others post on your Wall. The keys are to reply fast (within 24 hours), individually, and often. It’s a lot of work, says Kawasaki, “but enchanting people is a lot of work—otherwise more people and companies would be enchanting.”
3. Repeat. When a post gets a lot of “likes” and comments, don’t be afraid to run it again later. Odds are, not everyone will see it the first time.
