When talking to friends and family, nearly three-quarters of working Americans (72%) say they refer to the organization where they work at as “we,” while only 20% refer to it as “they,” according to a survey of 1,000 working adults by HR consultant Kenexa.
Full-time employees are more likely to refer to the company as “we,” as are workers with higher incomes.
