1. Sidewiki (www.google.com/sidewiki): This browser sidebar lets you contribute and read insights and tips alongside any web page. Leave comments, links or videos that other Toolbar users can vote up or down.

2. Fast Flip (http://fastflip.googlelabs.com): Lets readers quickly page through Google-scanned articles as though they were reading a magazine.

3. Google Wave (http://wave.google.com): Still in “limited preview,” Wave combines e-mail, social networking, instant messaging, video and collaborative document editing. Colleagues can work on the same document at the same time, seeing every change as it is made.

4. Google News Timeline (http://newstimeline.googlelabs.com): Type in a topic, and Timeline lets you see how a story has played out over weeks, months or years.

7. Flu Trends (www.google.org/flutrends). Where is the flu spreading? Find it on this map that harnesses real-time data.
